Rashid Artikov and Elena Ivkina on a Strategic Partnership

The talks focused on establishing a strategic partnership, building systematic expert collaboration, and globally promoting Russia’s domestic scientific and technological achievements within the international information space.

The parties thoroughly examined points of mutual interest and approved comprehensive vectors for long-term cooperation. A key area will be the promotion of advanced Russian engineering and technological solutions through the media group’s international network of information platforms. An analysis of the global media landscape shows an acute need to systematically convey to the international community an objective picture of the dynamic development of Russian society, science, and industry.

The formation of a unified information space for Russian and international audiences will make it possible to identify fundamental growth points and implement joint projects. In addition, the partners recorded agreements on possible joint participation in congress and exhibition events.

The cooperation is based on the international media resource “KS-INTERNATIONAL,” which объединяет the Russian федеральное online publication “Capital of the Country,” with a total reach of around 17 million Russian readers, and the international project National Capital. As part of its scaling strategy for 2026, the media group is deploying a network of информационных resources in 21 countries worldwide. The BRICS+ international platform already actively includes площадки in India, China, Brazil, South Africa, Argentina, Turkey, and other key regions.

Following the meeting, the parties approved a detailed roadmap of joint initiatives. The capabilities of the media resources of the “KS-INTERNATIONAL” media group and the state expert potential of Rashid Artikov, a member of the Presidium of the Scientific and Expert Council under the Committee on Economic Policy of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, will provide a powerful impetus for informing the Russian and international public, as well as for developing international business cooperation.
